Purpose and review status

Prepared October 6, 2026. The seven companion PDFs contain proposed customer-facing policy text. Publish the text as accessible HTML pages in Shopify and add footer links; PDFs can be offered as downloads. The live site could not be retrieved during preparation, so this is not a completed website audit or a guarantee of Google approval. The policies are designed to support transparent dealership disclosures. Confirm operational details and have Arizona dealership counsel review warranty, deposit, financing, and privacy practices before publication.

Business details to use consistently

Western Trucks
Operated by Arizona Commercial Truck Sales, LLC
2560 E Main St, Mesa, AZ 85213

sales@westerntrucks.com
Confirm the Western Trucks trade name is properly registered or otherwise lawful. Add the actual dealer license
number and verified business hours to the contact page. These were not supplied and have not been invented.
Match business identity and location across the website, license, Merchant Center, and Google Business Profile.

Google Vehicle Ads eligibility [1]

Use the Vehicle Ads destination for eligible vehicle inventory; ordinary Shopping ads and free listings are not supported for vehicle sales. Google excludes vehicles requiring a commercial license and requires clean titles. Validate each light pickup or other vehicle individually. Keep heavy commercial trucks and other ineligible inventory out of this feed. Vehicle Ads require a valid dealer license, a physical dealership, and ordinarily one state per account. In-store purchase and pickup are supported without online checkout or shipping information. Parts and services do not belong in the vehicle feed.

Vehicle listing checks [2]

Show dealership name and location, the vehicle selling price, VIN, current availability, used-vehicle mileage, and MSRP for new vehicles without requiring extra clicks to reveal the required information. Keep website, structured data, and feed prices synchronized. Remove sold, reserved, incoming, or unavailable vehicles from advertised inventory. Use accurate vehicle-specific images and connect store codes correctly. Verify and claim the domain, connect Google Ads and the dealership location, activate Vehicle Ads, and complete the website review.

Price and transaction disclosures [3]

Place actual mandatory dealer fee amounts and price conditions near the price on every vehicle page. Disclose taxes, government charges, optional products, transportation terms, and the written transaction total before commitment. Update structured data and the feed to the applicable Google pricing specification; do not use a monthly payment or down payment as the vehicle selling price. The footer cannot cure inaccurate prices, unavailable offers, hidden charges, or missing license information.

Final-sale and warranty review [4, 5]

Use the companion final-sale policy rather than an absolute no-refunds statement. For covered used vehicles, Arizona’s warranty period is the earlier of 15 days after delivery or 500 miles after delivery. Statutory exclusions include declared gross weight over 10,000 pounds and purchases for resale for profit. Verify applicability per vehicle and buyer. Have counsel align purchase agreements, Buyers Guides where required, written warranties, financing cancellation rights, and refund procedures. Do not label all inventory as-is solely through website text.

Privacy, cookies, financing, and messaging [6]

Inventory actual Shopify apps, financing forms, CRM tools, analytics tags, advertising pixels, call tracking, data recipients, retention practices, and consent settings. Revise the privacy and cookie text to match the tools and practices actually used. Determine applicable state privacy laws, including whether sale/sharing opt-outs, notices at collection, or browser signal handling are required. Publish working cookie/privacy controls when needed and test that they suppress the relevant tags. Do not publish a promise to honor an opt-out unless the process works. A general website privacy policy does not replace a required financial privacy notice for consumer financing or leasing; arrange the appropriate GLBA notice and delivery process. Obtain separate required marketing consent on forms, keep consent records, and test STOP handling before automated marketing texts or calls. Do not collect Social Security numbers in general inquiry forms.

Operational settings to finalize

Confirm accepted payment methods; all actual mandatory dealer fees; deposit amount, hold period, refund conditions and financing contingencies; pickup lead times; whether transportation is offered; refund processing times; dealer license number; and business hours. Use written transaction-specific terms for these items. Do not make every deposit nonrefundable by applying the completed-sale rule. If parts are sold on this site, create separate parts returns and shipping terms based on the actual operation and use an appropriate separate product feed.

Final publication test

Confirm each footer link opens publicly on mobile and desktop without login. Test telephone and email links, secure inquiry forms, privacy requests, and any consent controls. Check a sample of eligible vehicle pages against the feed and actual inventory. Replace the preparation date with the publication date if different. Request Google review after correcting website and account issues. The seven customer-facing policies are proposed operating commitments: the dealership must follow whichever terms it publishes.
