Vehicle selling price
Each advertised vehicle price is the selling price for the identified vehicle, rather than a down payment or monthly payment, unless clearly labeled otherwise. Any conditions, discounts, incentives, or eligibility limitations must be clearly disclosed on the vehicle listing. A price should not depend on purchasing undisclosed optional products or services.
Taxes, government charges, and dealer fees
Applicable sales or use taxes and government title, registration, or licensing charges may be additional and vary by transaction. Any additional mandatory dealer fee, including a documentation or processing fee if charged, must be disclosed by amount and description on the listing near the price and included in the written total before commitment. A dealer fee is not a government charge. A generic statement that fees may apply does not replace vehicle-specific disclosure of actual mandatory dealer charges.
Written total and optional purchases
Before you commit to a purchase, we will provide a written itemization of the vehicle price, mandatory dealer charges, applicable taxes and government fees, any selected optional products, transportation charges if arranged, and the transaction total. Optional warranties, service contracts, accessories, or other products require your affirmative agreement and are not automatically included. Any trade-in allowance and outstanding trade-in balance will be disclosed separately.
Payments
Contact us for the payment methods accepted for your transaction, payment deadlines, and clearance requirements. Any payment-method fee must be disclosed before payment and permitted by law. Verify payment instructions by calling 480-835-1234 using the number published on our website before sending a wire. Do not send card details or other sensitive payment information through ordinary email.
Financing
Financing is subject to a completed application, lender approval, credit qualifications, and the final written financing documents. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, an interest rate, a monthly payment, or vehicle availability. Advertised payment examples must disclose the assumptions and legally required credit terms, including applicable down payment, APR, payment count or term, and eligibility restrictions. Do not assume approval before written confirmation.
Deposits and cancellations
Before accepting a deposit, we will provide written terms identifying the vehicle, deposit amount, hold period, application of the deposit, refundability, and any financing or inspection conditions. Deposit refundability is not determined solely by the all-sales-final rule for completed sales. Financing-related cancellation or return rights required by applicable law remain in effect.
Accuracy and contact
We correct material pricing or availability errors promptly and communicate corrections before a customer commits to the transaction. This policy does not permit false advertised prices, hidden fees, or unilateral changes contrary to a binding agreement.
