Dealership pickup
Our standard vehicle fulfillment method is pickup at Western Trucks, operated by Arizona Commercial Truck Sales, LLC, 2560 E Main St, Mesa, AZ 85213. Contact 480-835-1234 or sales@westerntrucks.com to arrange an appointment and confirm vehicle availability before traveling.
Release requirements
Vehicle release requires completion of the applicable purchase and title documents, payment clearance or fulfillment of the financing agreement’s release conditions, and any required identification, insurance, and lawful registration or temporary operating authorization. We will communicate the requirements for your transaction before pickup. A finance application alone does not authorize vehicle release.
Pickup timing and costs
We will agree on a pickup date or readiness estimate with you. No universal pickup or processing time is promised by this policy. Any separate preparation, storage, or other dealer charge must be specifically disclosed and agreed before you become obligated to pay it. Contact us if you need to change your appointment.
Optional transportation
Transportation may be arranged only if available and separately agreed in writing. It is not included in the advertised vehicle price unless the listing explicitly says so. Before you authorize transport, the written arrangement must identify the pickup and destination locations, transportation price and any additional charges, the responsible transporter, estimated timing, cancellation terms, insurance coverage, and when possession and risk transfer. Do not assume nationwide or international delivery is available.
Inspection and transport concerns
Review the vehicle and record any concerns at handover. If a transporter is used, document the vehicle’s condition at pickup and delivery and notify us and the transporter promptly of damage or discrepancies. Responsibility and claims procedures depend on the purchase and transportation agreements and applicable law. Signing a delivery receipt does not eliminate nonwaivable rights.
Title, registration, and out-of-state purchases
Title and registration handling depends on your residence, vehicle, financing, and the transaction documents. We will disclose the relevant charges and responsibilities before completing the sale. Buyers must meet the operating and insurance requirements that apply to their trip and destination. Contact us before arranging interstate transport or driving the vehicle out of state.
